no it's not a done deal. cotto is asking for stuff that Martinez is not agreeing too. such as walking out second.

Gaby says they may have updates later in the week, but right now they're still negotiating. Says if they don't reach an agreement, Cotto will fight someone else on June 7th at MSG.
