LMAO..I'm sure he was like wtf is that shhh. He could've just said something to security and she would've been up outta there. It's now illegal to use these things indoors/outdoors in places of commerce or pleasure/leisure (Parks, plazas,etc) in NY the entire state. (Stadiums, restaurants, public transportation, buildings, city owned property, community funded property (mini parks), and all non smoking buildings. When you go to any event, specially an electric atmosphere you absolutely WILL run into people who are having fun, drinking, having a blast. Cotto looks like he is about to cry. Its no debate that outside the ring, he's a square. None of us would hang with him. If we say one thing, he will cry, or get quiet, then run away. He's socially awkward.

You have never seen him partying. I have seen him plenty of times and he is not what you think he is.

Michelle was in a boxing movie, Girlfight. She also is a big Pacquiao fan so she might actually know who Miguel is. She probably knew that she could do all that next to him and he will not say anything.
