Amir Khan? U going from Canelo to Khan? That's str8 clown BS!

Paq and Cotto have real fights coming this year. I just regained respect for HBO and Top Rank; and I hated both! Bob Arum stuck by Cotto and the Puerto Rican fan base and Paqiou dusting himself off and keeping it classy while Floyd publicly ridicules a boxer that he has no intention of fighting; that's flat out pointless, it does nothing for boxing or its fans. The lack of professionalism from Haymon and Golden Boy is hurting the sport, boxers from both camps and the fans.

Get the word out to family friends, social networks and all other media outlets,
    Do not support this fight!
Funny how you will migrate back to HBO because poor ole juicing Pacroid is getting it with no Vaseline from Rob Arum. Your statement alone tells me you're just a troll and not a serious fan of the sport . Tell me, Floyd could've fought and beat everyone people like you claim has a chance to beat him. You still wouldn't be satisfied, would you?????. People like you hate to see a brother who's record is 45-0. But strangely people like you probably rode Joe C's sack & not once screamed he should move up two or three weight divisions to fight this guy or that guy. Why don't people like you go play in rush hour traffic and quit clogging up the board with your hatred towards a guy at the top of the sport????.

They are trying to recapture the Hatton fight hype and crowd noise. There is one problem. Khan is no where near as popular and Khan has lost already.

If Floyd is so good why doesn't he move up in weight and fight at middleweight, De La Hoya did it, Trinidad did it and Cotto is now doing it. How can people say he is the greatest fighter of all time? Go to middleweight if you aren't going to fight the best at 140, 147 or 154.

Nothing to choose between these two. They are both pathetic match-up for floyd at these stage of his career. These are terrible mismatches. Elites should be match with elites(if there is available, which clearly there is, but ego and success has eaten away the ****ing brain) to get the fans money's worth. Do not be fooled again by floyd attempting to get a quick buck on us. These fight goes to streaming while enjoying a hot plate of family pizza.

i think really the biggest shame in fighting Khan is not that he is a average boxer at best no he is a average boxer with over 1 year inactivity and never fighting at the welterweight limit...

Really don't see how it's a bigger fight...

Khan's stock has plummeted sharply since the Garcia loss, the Diaz fight was just there to make things worse. He's known sure, but I think people would prefer to see Maidana, given he has performed much better in his recent fights

UK fans may watch the fight sure, but PPV for it? I don't think so, not for a version of Khan without any sort of traction in his career at the moment. It'll flop big time, especially as most UK fans are used to watching Mayweather without pay-per-view (on Boxnation). Haye's retirement fiasco, Khan's abysmal showings, Froch-Groves controversy, have made the top British boxing world seem a bit gloomy atm....turning the potential watchers away again.

The best money option is going to come from the US (given Mayweather's fanbase etc is nearly all in the US). The Broner win for Maidana gives some backstory and a natural progression to Mayweather in my view. As well the fact it would be a unification match, something else they can milk. Maidana is probably at the height of his career popularity atm, Mayweather should use this for advantage.

I feel this 'UK ppv addition' or whatever you can call it, really doesn't mean very much. I think Maidana will sell much more, champion v champion

I don't see how khan is a bigger fight I mean to be honest with you Floyd wins both whether it be khan or maidana but I think the fight with maidana will be more competitive he'll go right through khan a fight with maidana would be more exciting.

They have the same trainer and their promoters dont do business so its not realistic.

What i was implying in my post is that Khan-Mayweather even if Khan loses will be more exciting than that one sided heavy bag work out broadcasted on ppv. But i have stated in previous posts as a khan fan ideally id like Khan to get a big win at 147 lbs first to take that momentum in a floyd fite.

If Khan followed Hatton or Calzaghe pattern he too wouldve been this undefeated guy with 40-0 record with the only big names on his resume that were above 35 at the time they fought Khan. Khan with his "weak" chin and vulnerabilities took his world title across the pond in his second defense.

Hatton was a likeable fellow but boxing wise he was the very epitome of "right fights at the right time".
