I plan on watching both, but I'm looking forward to the shotime card more than HBO's. I'm really only interested in Garcia Burgos on HBO. Both fights on showtime are better match ups IMO and the outcomes of both of those fights have more significance than any of the fights on HBO. Arum won't match Garcia up with any of the other top sfw's mostly because it looks like Barthelemy and Mendez are rematching and the chances of Uchiyama and Miura are slim to none.

The winner of Peterson Jean is back in the mix at 140 and the winner of Rosado Charlo will most likely get a title shot later this year at 154. And if Rosado wins it might get him another shot at Quillen as well.

While it the Showtime card is main evented by a Lamont Peterson tune up fight.

The little puerto rican guy is starting to get talked about alot lately
Its basically just a card to get Lamont a win over an undefeated fighter and title to make him a player again. I want to see Spence and Rosado no doubt but Jennings could be the next American HW star as he seems more durable then Wilder and more willing to fight live bodies.

Not to mention Garcia is probably the most talented Mexican technican after Marquez. Garcia is P4P stuff.

As far as I've seen, Verdejo's fights are only available on Top Rank's streams. If I had to choose, I'd pick showtime. Garcia vs Burgos could be fun, but I get the feeling its gonna be terrible.

I'll be watching both HBO/SHO, this cold war crap is turning out to be a bonus for boxing fans.

I guess you like watch less intriguing fights. Last I checked Rosado isn't even a golden boy fighter. I could care less about the promoters; but the fact remains shotime has the better card that night with more meaningful fights.
