probably prime tony would win, angulo wouldn't hurt him. but i liked it more when tony was at 147 he was so good at stalking his opponents imposing his size and breaking them down. he was awesome. at 154 he never really looked the same (people have different reasons why)

Margarito was far more effective at welterweight where he could walk guys down and probably the biggest welter around.

Angulo is naturally bigger and hits harder.
