Enough of this blaming everybody else for Manny's problems. It is always some Philippines political conspiracy or just a conspiracy in general. Like when VisionQwest was being bribed by Floyd, or how USADA is a puppet organization secretly run by Floyd to make Pacman test dirty. I feel like Manny deserves plenty of blame for these troubles. The writing was on the wall-Pac and his minions just couldn't read it.
