this fight should not be on ppv. both guys are coming off of losses. this is a tune up for the A side, alvarez. angulo was stopped, and alvarez didn't win a single round in the mayweather fight. don't encourage them by buying it.

he will have a field day with angulo's awful footspeed and leaky defense.

alvarez isn't a great boxer, but he can punch and he has a good offense. very technical left hook, educated right hand, and he's a good body and combination puncher. if you come to him you'd better not be slow.


i think alvarez will stake out the middle of the ring and beat the hell out of angulo as he moves forward. angulo's chin has never been the same since the kirkland fight.

Who has Alvarez KOed easily that makes you think he could do that to Angulo? The size, punching power, pressure vs slow footed guy with bad stamina, who doesn't like to get hit. Angulo had Lara under a lot of pressure, and Lara is a much better boxer/mover than Canelo.

Joel Julio was not shot. You love claiming everyone is shot don't you? But never credit to the other fighter. Joel Julio was boxing the **** out of Angulo till Angulo's pressure wore him down and his chin failed him.
