    WBC lightweight champion Antonio DeMarco (29-3-1, 22KOs) is getting back in the ring with a stay busy fight this coming Saturday night, January 11th, at the Casino Hipodromo Agua Caliente in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. DeMarco will face Jesus Gurrola (20-5-3, KOs).

    DeMarco was knocked out by Adrien Broner in eight rounds in November 2012, and then only fought once in 2013 with a fifth round TKO victory over Fidel Munoz on August 10th.

      Hopefully DeMarco has a much busier 2014 with plenty of success and hopefully he moves up to 140 because he looks too dehydrated at 135.

        I would love to see a rematch vs Jorge Linares and considering Broner may move to 140 vacating his wbc 135 pound title and we all know uncle Sulaiman is very generous to his compatriots it can happen.

        This time Linares gonna beat that azz and put a clinic on. Last time was no different very close and i doubt Linared gonna let it slip.

              Yes Tony moved up too 140 in his last fight.Hopefully he can stay abit more active and get a title run although 140 is still shark infested waters

                Yea that's what I thought. And yea, his chances at 140 are pretty slim unless those guys start moving up.

                  demarco, good fighter, has skills and good combos. very fluid.
                  he doesn't have enough pop for the guys at 140. stick to 135 were his power can be an advantage.
