I would pick Whitaker to win by KO. Whitaker is an all time great and that is something Khan will never be. I don't think Khan could outbox Whitaker and if Khan went for the KO Whitaker would KO him. Whitaker was not a big puncher but he would hit Khan over and over with his sharp, accurate straight left. He would land that punch often enough to KO Khan the same way Mayweather is going to knock Khan out with straight rights.
