Tyson Fury next opponent

Yeah but c'mon, this is the GOAT Tyson Fury, the one who claims he will fight any man anywhere any time, you have to nail him to the canvas to beat him he will get up every time etc etc etc, and his uncle Peter Fury regularly says he wants Tyson fighting the best or top contenders? Those guys are all either decently ranked but not too far a step down, not huge wins but good names and good tests, I think if this guy is serious and so confident in himself those are fine opponents. Of course, they will probably not happen.Comment

I really hope he doesn't fight two nobodies but I can somehow see that being the case, Browne is a dangerous guy that I think he could take but its clearly a very dangerous fight to take.
Hard to imagine a top ten heavyweight wanting to take tune-ups it could all go so wrong... Michael Bentt vs Tommy Morrison.Comment

Another problem for Fury is his promoter, Mick Hennessy. The guy is a tight SOAB; he is unprepared/unable to deliver 'quality' opposition.Comment

That'd be a excellent fight, not sure Fury could beat Perez.
He might ask some old past it fighter to come out of retirement to fight... Ibragimov, not heard from him in a good while.Comment

Chagaev is someone that sort of fits that mould - former champ, past his best, but been in there with the best (although dominated by Wlad) and himself going for some sort of comeback up the rankings recently... why not? I just fear that he is way too small for Fury...5 ft 10 v 6 ft 9, probably would look like cherry picking from the Fury camp.Comment

Somehow I can't see Fury splitting with Mick Hennessy he seems like the kind of bloke Tyson would be use to dealing with.
If Tyson really wanted to make some noise surely he'd want a big promoter in America leading him in the right direction, its the only way he will get noticed around the world.
Mick Hennessey... Channel 5 boxing??
For a HW who is ranked in the top ten haha that's just bad!Comment

Man, who needs HBO when you are on Channel 5, that's just the pinnacle all boxers dream of!Somehow I can't see Fury splitting with Mick Hennessy he seems like the kind of bloke Tyson would be use to dealing with.

I don't mind Channel 5; in the UK there is very little live free-to-air boxing. I'm surprised they've stuck with Hennessy, mind. His cards have been complete mismatches/crap. No wonder fighters are thinking of leaving his stable.Somehow I can't see Fury splitting with Mick Hennessy he seems like the kind of bloke Tyson would be use to dealing with.
