It will make zero sense for Pacman to fight his ex sparring partner, whom just lost to Bradley, instead of rematching Bradley, who Pac lost his belt to via controversial decision. The fact that Pac is not jumping at the Bradley rematch says a lot that I hope y'all are picking up on.

The dude has lost 3 times to Marquez and was only fighting in welterweight division slow flatfooted turtles past brutal defeats such as Cotto (got smashed by Margarito) Margarito (been ****d by like 50 years old counted out Shane Mosley) Rios (lost to journeyman Alvarado) Hatton (got outclassed by Floyd) stiff De La Hoya, stiff Mosley etc.

Pacquiao's only got 2 decent opponents on his welterweight journey - JMM, Bradley... outcome - 2 defeats.

So is that a 'Fighter of the Decade'?... jeez, don't make me laugh.

Mayweather got 4 current opponents from top 10 p4p on his welterweight list - Hatton (undefeated) Guerrero, Alvarez (undefeated) JMM (who defeats Pacquiao via spectacular vicious KO of the year)... and all of them have been schooled either outclassed by masta.
