Khan is a UK fiter who fites in U.S and yet Bradley's U.S fans cant travel for him thats his fault.

5 mil is more than 1mil ish he wouldve made vs Khan that is obvious but he shouldve not made those flamboyant statement on esnews and hbo saying khan was running. Like he couldve been more subtle so the "contract situation" card is late to play.
There's a reason Bradley wasn't a draw at the time and it has a lot to do with his promoter. It's Shaw's job to make him a draw and he was doing a ****ty job. People thought Bradley-Alexander was a superfight but the promotion for it was embarrassing. Besides nobody is going to travel to Detroit for anything, have you been to Detroit??? Having lived in Michigan for over a decade even I only go to Detroit when I absolutely have to.

Tim Bradley shouldn't have made the statements he did but is that worth hating on him years later? Not in my opinion, especially when he made a decision that we all would have made.

The only relevant comparison is what Bradley would have made vs Khan and what he made against Casamayor - the guy he ducked Khan to fight.

Khan definitely has a following, you just have to look at the people supporting him in this thread. But his career and Bradley's career have gone in pretty radically different directions. Maybe that wouldn't have been true if Bradley and Khan had fought at 140... but again you can't fault Bradley for making a good career decision for himself either.

Yeah because the Casamayor fight wasn't a set-up for a bigger match afterward... lol go huff some more glue kid.

What does it matter if it was? Which is wasn't considering Bradley was damn near a last resort for Pacquiao

He turned down over double the money to fight a lesser opponent. That's a duck.

Oh and surely fighting Khan for all the marbles at 140 would be a good set-up for a bigger fight? Or is that just me?

I'm pretty sure even a third-grader could understand that the Casamayor fight was a tune-up for Pacquiao. Like, if I explained the situation to an eight-year-old they would understand what was going on.

TR offered the fight to maidana. would that have been a cherry pick? Maidana said he wasn't ready to fight tim at that time, so they went with casamayor.

So they offered the likes of Cotto the fight before Bradley just for show?

I mean damn, I thought American schools were bad lol. How could an actual boxing fan, let alone a thinking adult, really believe that "Bradley ducked Khan to set up a fight with Casamayor!!" without having a stroke or needing some other kind of medical attention afterward?

Well Pacquiao and Marquez have their own fanbases. Bradley vs Provodnikov is the real indication as it was in cali in his home state and it cracked only 3000. Come on man?Khan had 18000 for mccloskey in his home country/area as an example. He did similar numbers vs learning fiters as well thus he was on PPV in UK b4 a title.

Funny i use to live across the border in Windsor so i use to come down to Detroit area alot. Damn the place is sketchy as hell lol. But being advertised in detroit doesnt mean surrounding areas arent allowed to come ive been to Dearborn and there is also Mexican Town a big one so ppl couldve travelled comes down to STAR POWER
