It's not great. But it's not Richard Towers bad.

Khan's chin just doesn't get helped by the fact that:

        1) he sticks it up in the air all the time
        2) he virtually has no defense.
        3) he has horrible recuperation

I counted around 20 left/right hooks in the Garcia fight after the first knockdown before Khan was put down again. He lasted without going down against Maidana, which is a feat on its own, but moreso after looking at the state he was in in round 10.

What worries me is the fact that Julio Diaz hurt him. Maidana, Prescott, Garcia etc usually hurts/drops all of their opponents. Julio Diaz is not a puncher but managed to hurt Khan. And I'm not referring to the knockdown, Khan didn't look hurt from that, but he had him going in one of the later rounds.

His punch resistance was never great, but it's not as good as it once was based on his last fight.

But his chin is pretty bad.
I know there are fighters with exceptional chins and Amir is certainly not one of those with a granite chin but I do think it is better then what a lot of people say because he's been dropped plenty of times but always with clean shots and when he got stopped by Garcia he chose not to clinch or tie his arms and opted to exchange while being hurt and ended up taking even more shots. That's just my opinion though. =]

I think Khan's chin has deteriorated since Garcia, he was getting hurt by almost EVERY punch thrown by Diaz, seriously, that's bad.

Julio Diaz had him hurt several times as well. I wouldn't say he has a solid chin at all but he has heart. That cannot be denied. He's almost always in an entertaining fight too.

Then don't read it and nobody mentioned anything about a fight with May either.

Its pretty obvious he doesnt have a good chin. He just went life and death with Diaz and now gets the Mayweather fight LOL People need to stop trying to make Khan look good to justify the Money fight. I like Money but this is some real BS. Anyways I still think it will be an entertaining fight since Khan has good speed and a ig heart, but dont get me wrong, he has 0 chance of winning.
