well if you want to go that route, crime is something that exists in all societies and all demographics. however, you don't see black people shooting up schools, or committing acts of pedophilia like white people.

There are 11 regions in the world to eat dog meat, they include China, Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, Philippines, Polynesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Arctic, Antarctic, and Switzerland.
