It doesn't matter what context it is used by a person of different colour from a black. People of the same colour can make racial jokes or slurs about their own race and it will not mean as much as if a person of different colour does that.

Once again, as I asked before, why should anyone call a person based of their colour, why not just say " hey dude" or " hey man", why do you need to specifically call a person out by his race?????
