WBO junior welterweight champion Ruslan Provodnikov (23-2, 16KOs) says a potential fight with Brandon Rios (31-2-1, 23KOs) is the last option on his list. The two fighters called each other out on the social networks and agreed to face each other, but the Siberian champion says a fight with Rios is the least likely opponent for his next return.

Prov may end up fighting Rios if Mike v Rios 3 doesn't happen. Where else can Prov get a big enough pay day? Garcia and Matthysse are GBP, as is PEDerson.

I still think Prov v Bradley 2 is a great fight and needs to happen.

Well a Pacman fight pays well, and after saying he wouldn't fight Pacman out of respect I think Provo is coming around.

Exciting match up for those that prefer a brawl over a boxing match. I think Rios loses here! I think Provodnikov has more intangibles and maybe even power. Both fighters will definitely be coming forward and have well tested chins. I'd rather see Provodnikov take this fight or a rematch with Bradley (only because the 1st one was so exciting and many gave the nod to Provodnikov). I thought Bradley clearly won the rounds he boxed and will stick to that strategy if there is a rematch. Manny is too much for his sparring partner at this point.

I like Providnikov but I honestly think Rios can win that fight if it happens. That would be the FIGHT OF THE YEAR (my opinion)
