Gainer, Pacquiao, Salido, John, Barrera, Juarez (at his best), pacquiao AGAIN, Casamayor (still had SOMETHING left, not the best casamayor though), Juan Diaz (at his best), jumped 2 classes to fight mayweather, Diaz AGAIN (first fight was close and great), Katsidis (only 2 losses at the time was getting tko'd by casamayor while leading on 2 scorecards late in the fight, and a SD loss to Diaz), Fedchenko (when was the last time u saw someone take a 30-1 tuneup fight at a new weight class?), Pacquiao AGAIN, Bradley.

At this point and time He is 40 going on 41. Asking him to fight pacquiao again is like asking him to leave the sport of boxing with permanent brain damage. He's GOING to get hit. Cleanly. Look at the bradley fight, feather fisted bradley shook him at this point in his career he just doesn't have the chin anymore to fight pacquiao really. The legs clearly aren't there marquez footwork was below average compared to how he was before although he never had great footwork to begin with. PLUS hes fighting like 2 weight classes above where he should be, hes no more than a 140 pounder.

HOW THE **** CAN HE POSSIBLY BE ACCUSSED OF CHERRYPICKING BY ANY SANE HUMAN BEING?

14 fights from 2003 to present where the opponent stood a chance to beat him or he was even the underdog.

    /thread

EDIT: and come on, unless you are a ******* (which about 90% of people are), you damn well know that at the very LEAST marquez beat pacquiao TWICE out of the 4 fights (the 3rd and 4th time), the 2nd time could have gone either way but I had marquez up by 2 points. First one was correctly ruled a draw in my scorecard but manny should have officially won that due to the judge's mistake and i had no problem with that.

Guerrero turned down fights with Bradley and Thurman and Khan turned down a fight with Alexander and they are young fighters so why don't you label them duckers? Marquez has fought more than his share of tough opponents and he is no cherry picker.
The reverse actually happened. It was Bradley that turned down Guerrero in negotiations at the last minute. Team Bradley felt that it was more risk versus reward, and that only Guerrero would benefit. It would've been the first time Top Rank and Golden Boy worked together in a long time too.

Guerrero turned down a couple of fighters though, like Thurman as you said. And another guy -- I just can't remember his name. And Amir Khan totally passed on Devon Alexander though because of a potential Floyd Mayweather fight.

He has ducked many, many fighters who he knows their style and youth will beat him, like Guerrero or Khan.

JMM is brilliant, but he is limited, and he is over-rated due to his cherry picking ways. Look at how easily Bradley out boxed him, imagine what Guerrero or Khan would've done, just picked him apart from the outside.
Get out of here with that BS. JMM was fighting legends not those bums you mentioned!

Is this thread serious? Moreover, are the people agreeing being serious?

I like him but I've always felt the same way Take Pac away and he's done very little.

                      Troll is obvious
Yes. I missed that but you're right. Well Marquez did fight Pacquiao 4 times and that's something Floyd will never do and Marquez fought Bradley and wants a rematch and that is another guy Mayweather will never fight.
