The thing is, in some fights he does. Berto was hitting him with bombs and he bit down and started whooping his ass. Lot of potential going to waste by not staying active atm. Also he would beat Rios imo fairly easily, mental fragility or not.

People are pretending a win over Rios is roughly equal to a win over Guerrero. Rios' mother would cry upon seeing how Guerrero - Rios played out. Guerrero might not be a beast at welter, but he would do unsightly things to the Alvarado and Rios' of the world.

I think Guerrero would do just fine at welter. He looked like he carried the weight quite well. I'd back him to beat Rios. Floyd absolutely belted his body and went to work. A lesser fighter would have wilted under the type of consistent body attack Mayweather laid on him.
