how about the boxing commision makes it a law you cant sign a boxer for more than 3 fights,,once a fighter gets ranked top ten going by regulated ranking system,,,that way a boxer will have more freedom to fight other fighters in other stables,,,since goldenboy,,toprank etc cant work with each other ,,i know there prob be loop holes,,i think boxing fans deserve it and boxing needs it,,,there are alot of fights i like to see besides the one everyone talks about,,,just an idea

How about instead of creating more rules, what if the Boxing Commission invested in educating fighters about contracts, managers, and spending pitfalls. The Commission could sponsor workshops with experts willing to work with boxers to assist them to better understand their current contracts and what they should be looking for in future ones. Imho laws create additional strata in a bureaucracy that doesn't work well for boxers as it is, what they need is information from how to manage a bank account to how to shop for groceries.Comment
