I'd much rather see Pacquiao vs Provodnikov as it's something new.

Why would fans/casuals pay for a rematch for a fight that many perceived as rigged?

      Provodnikov coming in hot too.
That Bradley performance and the Alvarado destruction.

If it's a numbers game, this is probably why Arum is doing this.
Pac needs a good PPV performance to really get back in there.

I am giving some major props to Arum if he makes this fight happen. I am sick and tired of Pacquiao fighting guys who losses his previous fights. Provo is a better boxer than Rios.

9 out of 10 times it's related to negotions. Just wait it out & see what's real.

That's simple. Provo fights 1 way. Made to order for Pacman comes forward, throws punches and tires. Pacman needs a fighter to stand there and get hit to look his best.

Bradley has many more wrinkles to his game. They're trying to rebuild the Pacman brand. Losing to Bradley (for real this time), derails the hypetrain for good.

Arum only has a 1-fight option over Provonikov, probably wants to make as much as he can off him, and probably doesn't want him to beat another Top Rank fighter.

I wonder if that's what Arum is using the option on since Provo doesn't really seem like he wants it

Arum is such a fool pac and prov are both trained by roach. Fight will probs be fixed... Pac vs bradley is the only thing possible both coming off wins and its the only thing worth making for arum seeing as his welterweight stable is dryer than the desert...

Are you giving him props for a flush fix (supposed to produce big money) -- between buddies and sparring partners?

we agree on nothing except this. tim and manny need not rematch other than to have the judges score it correctly.
