Same could be said for Mayweather since he's been a Champion and undefeated for so many years.. Or Jones jr when he lost to Tarver in the rematch. It's not an excuse.

Pac has just been mismanaged since 2009. His fights display it. His actions display it. His finances display it. Even the hype surrounding him as a fighter displays it.

A so-called fan made blog on Yahoo! Voices exposes Floyd's drug testing results for all the world to see? Say it ain't so!!!

She even references the "speculative" Thomas Hauser article which lead to nowhere.

Max Boxing's Dougie Fischer's (non- Mayweather fan) response:

I’m not going to comment, write or otherwise state an opinion on Mayweather and PEDs until there is reliable, concrete proof that he did indeed fail a test (or tests) for a banned performance-enhancing substance(s).

There is know one who is as good as him, I think that Paco is his biggest challenge...
