What fight were you watching? He landed 281 punches on Rios. In contrast, he landed only 176 on Marquez in their trilogy match. Pacquiao landed almost at will on Rios.

i think pac stopped using that stuff starting with the Bradley fight or even the third fight with marquez,it started when he found his new religion,since he is so religious now he wants to do whats right so he stopped,he has changed I guess,he's probably honest now and saying he doesn't use anything but I wonder how honest and how true to his new beliefs he would be if he's ever asked if he used that stuff in the past
