The thing with him though is he puts out a lot of videos and I hear you can get paid $1 per 1000 views. He may be in the $10k-$20k earings per year but not even close to 300k

That's not true. The guy Vitali who makes the prank Videos has a reported net worth of 2 million dollars and all he does is to make videos and put them on YouTube.
