Why? Are you one of those people who also claimed he cherrypicked Cotto, Mosley, ODLH, Canelo, Guerrero, Ortiz etc?

Floyd can't do right on this forum. Even if he'd pick Pacquiao and knock him out in the first round, people would say Pacquiao already had his ass handed to him by Marquez. If it was Bradley, then he already got schooled by Pacquaio etc etc.

Both Khan and Maidana are good fighters who have some really good victories on each of their resumes.

Yes and your response was clearly trying to big up Maidana who has already proven he can be outboxed (Khan, Alexander, Kotelnik, Morales), shown he has a weakness for body punching (Khan, Ortiz), has no inside game (alexander, Kotelnik), is slow (Khan, Alexander), can't finish a guy, who according to you has with no chin or defense (Khan), has never beaten an elite guy at his weight class (Kotelnik, Khan, Alexander).

Instead of that u better go watch him fighting another challenger Maidana - "glass" chin vs vicious puncher with iron chin.

Khan's quite legit challenger to Floyd.
Best available option at the moment.

Porter just being overly jealous and got no clue he's been talking about.

The notion that Floyd has to fight an undefeated champion every time he goes out is a funny one. Yet if he can't do that, then he won't get credit for his victories ala Cotto for example.

Both Maidana and Khan are good fighters and each in their own right deserve a shot at the champ.

That was a totally different Khan and Maidana from the ones we see today. If you look at Maidana during that time period this guy couldn't even cut of the ring. Today, Maidana's made lots of improvements and he's throwing punches in bunches. Smart punches as well. The buzz is for Maidana, the fact that Mayweather is fighting Khan is a travesty. He's a coward. And personally I'm not ordering this pay per view. I've ordered every Mayweather pay per view but this Khan fight is almost as low as it gets.

in what way? nothing i said wasn't true. his flaws have already been exposed and he has done nothing lately and especially at 147. the fight is meaningless, is it not?

What your saying is totally false. I would be real satisfied with Mayweather taking the Maidana fight. I was almost as satisfied with him fighting Canelo, except of course he threw that Catchweight on the guy who could barely make 154 as it is.

Mayweather should be fighting, Porter, Maidana, Thurman, Bradley or Pacquiao right now. Obviously Pacquiao and Bradley are out of the question but there's no reason he should be fighting Khan what so ever. Khan is coming off of back to back terrible performances and before that a devastating knockout loss.

You keep trashing Maidana with his losses but he has vastly improved since then while Khan has greatly diminished in skill since he's fight with the juicer peterson. What bothers me the most is your absolute no excuses di ck riding of Mayweather. This fight sucks (Khan vs Mayweather). And we all know it.

this reeks of desperation, way more than what i had posted. i don't have to big up or convince anybody about maidana anyway, clearly the public wants to see that fight happen.

So has Maidanas flaws been exposed. Much worse than Khans. Especially in going up against Mayweather, quite clearly the best boxer in the world. If you can't hang with Alexander, you probably can't hang with mayweather.

It's not meaningless if fans want to see the fight.
