Comments Thread For: Porter: Floyd Mayweather Will Expose Amir Khan's Flaws

IBF welterweight champion Shawn Porter has no problem with Amir Khan potentially challenging Floyd Mayweather Jr. (45-0, 26KOs) for the WBC welterweight crown. Khan (28-3, 19KOs) is reportedly the frontrunner to face Mayweather on May 3rd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

At the same time, Porter felt Khan's last fight, a tough war with Julio Diaz, was a draw - and he expects Mayweather to expose some of Khan's defects in the fight.

Khan is complete boxer with no flaws.

Don't even start to talk about his chin.
Instead of that u better go watch him fighting another challenger Maidana - "glass" chin vs vicious puncher with iron chin.

Khan's quite legit challenger to Floyd.
Best available option at the moment.

Porter just being overly jealous and got no clue he's been talking about.

There is nothing to expose, everyone already know what his flaws are.

We have seen Maidana's boxing skills and his flaws and weaknesses exposed more times than Khans.

The notion that Floyd has to fight an undefeated champion every time he goes out is a funny one. Yet if he can't do that, then he won't get credit for his victories ala Cotto for example.

Both Maidana and Khan are good fighters and each in their own right deserve a shot at the champ.

easily and quite clearly. this fight is absolutely meaningless. no chin (prescott), no inside game (peterson), no defense (maidana), reckless speed (garcia, diaz)

True, but when u profess to be the GOAT then cherry picking the likes of Kahn is a piss take.

                    Is Khan 34-0 with 30 KO's?

                    What a bizarre comment.
