Since Golovkin never, ever called out Floyd that comment is a ******ity. What is it relevent to?

Well Golovkin said a while ago he would love to fight Mayweather, that it would be a big honour to fight him. He never really called him out though. He was asked in a interview if he would fight Floyd.
