It's a very hard fight for me to call. I voted Maidana wins on points. Marquez has never been KOed and he is very game and tough. Marquez is too small for welterweight and his age of 40 is slowing him down. Marquez could possibly catch Maidana with something big when Maidana charges in. Marquez is a good finisher. Maidana is also game and tough so he probably goes the full 12 rounds. If it goes the distance I think Marquez might win most of the early rounds but Maidana sets a hard pace that would wear Marquez down. I think Maidana takes over in the late rounds and wins on points. Either man could also score a KO so it's hard for me to pick a winner.
