Because the first fight wasn't exactly a barn burner plus it didn't set the box office on fire back then and it is less hot than it was then.

If it was an appealing proposition for Top Rank they would have done the rematch straight away as there was reason for it, that speaks volumes about what they feel about the fight.

I am pretty sure Manny still can beat Bradley though, but it would never look that good.

The media and boxing fans always saw Manny as the winner and considered it a lop sided victory in his favor so that's why there is not much interest in the fight. Manny completely dominated him, I wouldn't be interested in a rematch either.

If I'm not mistaken, Bradley turned down a fight with Manny prior to the Bradley Marquez fight. I'm hoping Manny fights Bradley again, I'm positive that arum wants Bradley Pacquiao 2. Did Bradley pass on Manny again?

He'll turn down Rios. He hated the idea of a Peterson rematch... he should hate the idea of fighting somebody who lost twice in a row.

I think they offered Brook, but he said he started down the path of the IBF and he wants to finish it

Didn't turn out too well for Brook. He could probably fight Porter, IBF might demand it (Brook that is)
