Confidence and self-belief is important in boxing, so I'm not sure I'd hang around a place where guys are chipping away at it every day. Boxing fans are generally very negative and disrespectful, they'll call world champions bums, garbage, frauds etc lol.

There's a reason most boxers aren't members of sites like these, at least not openly.

This. Plus, I just can't imagine wanting to be on a forum site if you doing the actual thing high level. Lots of people on here including myself train, but if you were actually there, why be on a site talking about it? Even without the negativity I don't know what that would do for someone

I took my shots and shot them back with avengance. I didn't ride it to the end though, at the time it didn't seem worth the risk of what I could lose even if I were to win a title. I did earn an expertise though through the years of blood, sweat, tears and many headaches. Even when you win you'll still get busted up abit.

As an X I do appreciate your words and comprehension, as would any other fighter visiting this site..... Truth
