There is only one Top Rank fighter that matters in terms of Floyd, and he won't fight him.

Manny said no to blood resting for damn near 3 years, then all of a sudden wanted it after he thought Marquez juiced and knocked his ass out.

Manny straight up walked away from 50-50 split, 14 day cutoff to testing, and the biggest fight since possibly Leonard-Hagler, to fight Joshua Clottey, because he didn't want to do any blood testing that close to the fight because it would supposedly weaken him. He then tells Floyd to let the commission do their job for 2 more years.

Then he fights Rios and does random blood testing.

If that ain't hypocritical, you don't know what that word means then.

I don't think he NEEDS to leave Arum. I think the fight will happen when his contract is up with Arum though, much like Cotto did.

Yeah he didn't want a 14 day cutoff for a March fight, he straight up ended negotiations back then because of that. Then he wanted the 14 day cutoff back when they were talking in the summer. He turns down offers, then comes back later, and expects the same offer. He's either a dumbass or is being ill advised.
