Calzaghe is a guy boxing lost too soon. One of the fiercest competitors ever. However, he's nowhere near the talent Andre Ward is in my clear and unbiased view. One need look no further than the Calzaghe vs. Reid and Hopkins vs. Calzaghe fights to see from a technical standpoint - from a tactical scientific standpoint - how flawed he was as a fighter. Those two fights alone are the reason Ward's resume is already greater. No controversial "wins" of that caliber on Ward's resume. Not even.
