The World Boxing Association has ordered WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (34-2-1, 12KOs) of Panama to make a mandatory title defense against Dominican challenger Juan Carlos Payano (14-0, 8KOs).

Also, they ordered Costa Rican boxer Bryan Vasquez (32-1, 17KOs) and Javier Fortuna (23-0-1, 17KOs) to battle for the WBA's interim super featherweight title. Vasquez captured the belt in October with a technical decision over Rene Gonzalez.

Moreno May vacate and choose to fight Leo Santa Cruz at 122 for Santa Cruz's WBC title.
Also Uchiyama should become elevated to super champion status by the WBA he's made more then 5 defenses of the title.

Moreno will have no problems with that match.

Fortuna does good if you stand in front and trade but no so good if he has to make the fight , Vasquez can box which will make it tough close fight.

Uchiyama can press a fight and is a lot better than Fortuna who I'm still unsure about he has ability but Vasquez is another test that he really needs to show something more.

You may know more than I know but Moreno does not look like anything special to me. And quite frankly it does not seem like he has much power to keep Payano off of him. We shall see.
