1. NDam passed on fighting GGG 2x (at a minimum), once for a vacant belt, once vacating his own interim belt
2. NDam was indeed much more of a paper champ than GGG
3. Quillin passed on a title shot vs GGG on main event HBO
4. Quillin does not want to fight GGG
