Mexican Olympian Oscar Valdez has finished up his first full year as a professional fighter. The undefeated featherweight prospect is viewed as a future star in the sport. He won his first eight starts, and all of them by knockout. He aims to be equally busy in 2014 and has some very high goals. In about 5 years, Oscar Valdez vs Diego De La Hoya will be the future Mega-Fight...mark my words. They got history...

Besides, Arum will surely be out of the picture by then (I hope) which will finally give US fans the right to see the fights WE want to see!

Now what 6-5-2 TBA fighter is he fighting next??? EDIT: Just checked his record and it is against 4-4-1 and 6-6-0 type fighters. I'll hit the snooze button till he fights someone with a pulse with a similar record or is mildly experienced. Just another overprotected fighter. Nothing new and nothing to see here folks.

OH DAMN ****!!! How old are you??? Boxing ever gave fans historic fights with ARUM and KING,only MAYWEATHER has invented that he doesn't want to work with ARUM so he can run away from the best boxers,GBP stay with him so they can work with him.

This cat fought on the Bradley-Provo card didn't he? I remember him whooping on some dude with a ridiculous blond mohawk. He looked like the real deal but the guy he was fighting wasn't exactly a world-beater either.
