Manny only doesn't KO guys because he is too merciful...he has one punch KO power in both hands but is scared of truly hurting his opponents so he doesn't use it anymore because he is a brave christian man

        he left it at 126.

        angles & speed produced his knockouts/stoppages 135-154.

at 126, he had frightening power. he touches you, you go down.

imo, his best division is 140. solid power with sick speed.

if you're referring to his lower weight knockouts, well that's where they stayed; below 147.
if you're talking about his welterweight stoppages, I'd ask who exactly? Cotto could've gone the distance. Pacquiao has moved up too many weight classes to retain that same speed and carry that same effect with his power against bigger men. Otherwise it's still there.

When people say where's Floyd's/Manny's power....you have to give credit to their opponents. If Manny immediately rematched Hatton at 140, he'd stop him again. If he immediately rematched Cotto at 145/147, he'd stop him sooner. The same applies to Floyd, who would've stopped Hatton again. The power is there, it's the opponents that are different and to their credit, they're able to take their shots.

He doesn't need a KO to win. He took it easy on Rios, anyone could see that if he had wanted to, he could have taken Rios down at any point but he was so much faster that it was just as easy to potshot him death.

Against Bradley, he was spending too much energy trying to find him and tired out so Bradley served him an all you can eat jab buffet.

What was the thing Brandon Rios just got caught with? Just became illegal within the last 2 years or so right? So it was perfectly legal for Ariza to give that to Pac up until a year or 2 ago right?

What are you talking about? Floyd's been scared of Pacquiao because he supposedly came up stopping bigger men, he's on roids!!

People act like he was knocking EVERYBODY out simply based on his Hatton KO...once he got to Welterweight, he wasn't knocking guys out left and fight...he KO'd Hatton at 140 and dropped Cotto twice en route to a 12th round referee stoppage...other than that, he hasn't been any kind of KO machine at Welterweight...DLH quit, Margarito went the distance after being hit cleanly all night, Clottey was on his feet, etc..that's not his style...Hatton KO was impressive, but interesting how that carries over to him being a murderous puncher...just like when Tarver KO'd Jones Jr...every fight there was talk of his violent power...and Tarver looked anything but a murderous puncher after that...however he landed a great shot at the right time
