WBC Lt. Flyweight youth champion Yesica Nery Plata (12-0-0, 2 KO), was honored by the President of the Boxing Commission of Mexico City Rafael Herrera, after she successfully defended her title four times.

Herrera said: �Yesica is a very talented young boxer, with great technique and has a very strong mind. I wish her a very long and successful career�.

I've seen her 3x on MX tv, she just turned 18, w/a lotta talent, but needs bouts vs seasoned opposition...hopefully her promoter, Boxeo de Gala, won't rush her vs Zamora...
