Another "interesting" Mayweather v. Pac article

Don't know if anyone else posted or how true it is but.....do with it what you please....

"By Lou Ramon Aguila | December 26, 2013 12:28 PM EST

After his "Christmas Card to the World" went viral Monday, Floyd Mayweather Jr. continued his online assault on Manny Pacquiao. This time, he posted a photo of him standing beside a newfound friend whom he called a mix-breed of the Filipino boxing champ and his trainer, Freddie Roach.

Money May called the guy Manny Roach, a middle-aged man who has the facial feature of Pacquiao (beard) and body stature of Roach. Mayweather's latest photo on Twitter has once again caught the attention of boxing fans, drawing more hate from ******* fans and laughter from his Money Team followers.

However, for Telegraph Boxing Analyst Gareth Davis, Mayweather's ongoing mockery of Pacquiao on Twitter is a clue that the fight between the two biggest names in boxing will happen soon.

Mayweather stressed he won't give Pacquiao any shot at all as long as he keeps fighting for Bob Arum and Top-Rank promotions. However, recent reports indicated that Pacquiao is set to fly to the U.S. and appeared in a meeting with Mayweather's camp as a free agent.

Few months ago, Great Britain's Welterweight Amir Khan emerged as the top candidate to fight Mayweather in his Cinco de Mayo event May 3.

"It's the fight I've always been after and we're very close now, not too far away. Hopefully, something is going to be announced within the next couple of weeks," Khan said via the Telegraph.

However, the competition for Money May's sweepstakes has become even more crowded as Marcos Maidana, Danny Garcia and now Pacquiao also put themselves in position to take on the world's best boxer inside the ring in first half of 2014.

In his recent interview with the Manila Bulletin, Pacquiao said he has already moved the schedule of his next fight from April to May 3 with the hope of meeting Mayweather on that specific date. Pacquiao said facing Mayweather will surely be intriguing, a fight that would live up to its hype.

"That would be a great fight [with Mayweather], a great match up," Pacquiao added, who just turned 35 Dec. 17.

Pacquiao is coming off a 12-round unanimous decision win over Californian brawler Brandon Rios Nov. 23 at Venetian Macao in Macau, China. Meanwhile, Mayweather is fresh from racking up over $100 million this year after subduing Robert Guerrero and Saul Canelo Alvarez emphatically.

I'm not familiar with that guy. Don't know if he's credible or not. Again, make of this article what you will, I'm just a messenger.

I'm booked for whoever he's fighting May 3rd; getting Manny tickets would prob be harder than getting the Canelo tickets.

obviously the writer has no idea of who floyd is!!

all these tweets, pics, etc has nothing to do with him wanting to fight Pac!!!

he is jealous and insecure about all of the attention BRONER got even after his humiliating loss!!!!

0% chance of it happening in May

Pacquiaos team has been busy chasing Marquez and with him out of the picture it will likely mean Bradley.

Meanwhile Mayweather is chossing between Khan and Maidana. Likely Khan

Firstly the fight would never happen, secondly the fight would never happen, thirdly HBO and Showtime would have to come to an agreement surrounding who gets to show the fight, fourthly Arum would have to actually sit down and try to negotiate with people he doesn't want to, fifthly the fight would never happen....please move on for yours sanity sake.
