    TR vs GBP

people claim TR only host in-house fights but yet they work with multiple promotional companies .. what other companies does GBP work with or are they something like the ufc who refuse to work with any outsiders ..

Doesn't matter who Golden Boy does or don't do business with. Golden Boy has ALL the fighters that matter anyways. Top Rank only has Pacquiao.

I don't think it really matters because GB has a pretty good stable right now. They don't have to reach out like TR. Even though GB always reaches out to TR for their fighters to fight each other but TR always declines. GB only really reaches out when it comes to star making fights. For example Canelo vs Cotto I guess. Probably fights of that nature.

Your post seems to assume TR is worse than GBP for the Cold War. They are both as bad as eachother

Seeing this best is Schaefer always needing to comment and get involved with any potential Arum/Floyd talks when Floyd is supposed to be his own boss.

They are both plagues to the sport..

Well surely we should be judging this on a divisional basis.

However, I have noticed who I am replying to and thus theres really no point

so it wasn't gbp suking Arums sack when Mayweather was retired.. as i said in a previous thread anyone can hire a bunch of bums and have them face each other untill the good ones are weeded out ofcoarse we the fans will root for one or the other but what happens when they can't get over that final hill.... manny pacquiao is a rare example

This thread gets made like twice a month, and they always seem to say gbp never work with other promoters. They work with shaw, don king and goosen and smaller promoters like Thompson boxing when they have a show with josesito, with whoever trouts promoter is (banner?) and warrior boxing when they have Carlos Molina in their cards. Tr seems to work with dibella though

As long as they fight, it's a lose lose situation to everyone including themselves. To us fans, we are deprived of some of the amazing matches that can only happen if they join forces together, to them, some of the most lucrative fights that will earn them an el-dorado type of riches can never happen due to them being both idiots by letting pride and ego get the better of themselves.

But the most important factor is. By helping each other, boxing could go back to the days of thunder when they are the king of all sports once again!!
