The Broner/Maidana fight reminds me of....

An extended version of the Peterson/Matthysse fight! ...with AB fighting attire was very Peterson estque, arena entrance, those annoying trunks dresses etc....AB a better version of Lamont Brother Anthony P hence another fight relative to AB/Chino>>>AP/Rios!..Anybody else thought about this Ohio/DC connection somehow?

exactly what i was gonna say, but too be fair, prince and MAB are way higher in skill level than broner-maidana

Prince was a legit featherweight kingpin, broner was a paper champ in all 3 divisions he was champion

I don't think Thurman is overrated whatsoever, I'd put him as the best WW prospect/challenger right now.. Soto Karass was a tough test for most in the division and Keith Handled him with ease all night bar a rocky first round! And I like Chaves I think he's a guy that will always make entertaining fights..

Against Soto Karass he showed us that he was smart enough to follow a game plan and box and do damage from the outside! Something that Broner should have emulated against Maidana!
