    Is there a stipulated CW for cotto vs martinez?

    Just wanna ask if there is a weight stipulated, if there is none, would it be ideal to have one?

          I wouldnt want martinez to walk like a skeleton, it would be bad for cotto and will diminish the essence if he wins.
