Canelo screwed himself out of the cotto fight when he said "I give cotto one week to accept the fight or else" when will he learn that tactic will never work.

He'll lose to both Canelo and Sergio but...to say he's scared? Doubtful. If he fights Sergio next he can make money and win lose still marketable vs Canelo later on. If he fights another bum? Then maybe you can say he's scared. He'd make more fighting Canelo than Sergio but he has more value to make more overall if he fought Sergio and won then Canelo.

That said he seems to not care if it's sergio but he doesn't want Canelo...so maybe he is who knows...time will tell when his next fight is announced.
