His accuracy, speed, footwork, southpaw stance, the straight left, the combinations, the footspeed, the punches in punches, the feints, the stamina, the workrate, reactions, power.

Floyd gets busted up and loses a decision, possibly a late ko once Floyd knows he is well behind on the scorecard and has to chase the fight.

We really won't know the outcome of the fight until Mayweather stops ducking Pacquiao. However, I'm still hoping the fight between the two happens in the near future.
