He didn't mention a catch weight... he says Martinez always come in at around 155-157 during the weigh ins making reference to the fact that he is a small 160.

    War Cotto!!!! Destroy him!

All he needs to do is go 12 rounds and he wins. Whether he deserves it or not, he'd more than likely win by just going 12.

Yep. This is a career shortening fight for Cotto who already has one foot out the door as it is.

So he wants to pick the location and the weight? will Martinez bend for all of this?

Am sure that's the plan but I can see him getting stopped here if Martinez knees holds up.

Well Cotto is wrong about 155-157lbs, that was a while ago, in his 2 recent fights that's not the case. And he has weighed in at 159 plenty of times, and more times than not he is 158-159 rather than 155-157.

                    Vs Murray: 159.4
Vs Chavez Jr: 159(Chavez Jr weighed in at 158lbs)
                    Vs Williams I: 159
                    Vs Pavlik: 159.5
                    Vs Dzinzuruk: 158.8
                    Vs Barker: 158

                    Vs Macklin: 157.6
                    Vs Williams II: 157.5

IDK where Cotto got 155 from, or that Martinez be coming in at 157.

The only reason they are picking Martinez is because Martinez would actually bend over for any stipulation Cotto throws at him.

Canelo coming off a 2.2millon PPV vs Cotto's HBO WCB, wouldn't be so generous.
