    Boxing, Life, Aint it funny?

Boxing right now we have Rigo who has million of amatuer fights lost a few and now is considered top p4p in the world, we have mayweather the best in the world, we have ward etc etc etc.

Aint it funny there these people out there that beat them before and just chose to call it quits while these guys went and made a career out of it, just think someone is out there right now that could have possibly been better then Rigo,Mayweather or ward combined but for whatever reason they hanged them up.

    Passion is really important.

There are a lot of gifted people in this world, but they don't have the love to keep going. To really become one of the best at anything, you have to become addicted to it and make it a part of your life. Most people just aren't happy enough with one thing to take it to that level of mastery.

Some just weren't pro material. I don't place a ton of faith in the amateurs and win/loss....a lot of people who beat pros in the ams lost bad in the pro game. It depends how much you can learn from your losses or wins in the ams I guess. Yeah I beat x but he took that loss made changes and would probably beat me next go. Where some just stay stubborn.

Amateur boxing and Pro boxing are two different things. Point system are different.

Not all good amateur fighters can transition well to pros.
