WBA flyweight champion Shindo Go (13-2, 8KOs, 26 years old and Wakayama Kuratoki Boxing Gym) won a close ten round unanimous decision over Mexican challenger, WBC #8 ranked Judith "The Dangerous" Rodriguez (6-6, 31 years old and from Mexico City). All three judges scored it 96-94 for the champion. It was Go's first defense seince capturing the title in May with a complete ten round shutout of Renata Szebeledi. Go went down in the second from a big right hand. It was the first time Go had ever been down in her career, and she was forced to battle back in the later rounds to save her title run.

2 bad we have 2 wait 4 youtube on some of these good bouts...I saw Go last year vs Juarez & I thought she won easily in CA, but she lost a SD 10...1 of the few taller than Juarez , who is 5'6''...
