The reason this fight is happening also is because another KO or loss would end a potential Mayweather-Khan payday for all involve. This is why they didn't risk Khan fighting Alexander, so he doesn't miss out on a Mayweather sweepstakes.

floyd is being a big vagina about the pacquiao fight, its clear he doesnt want that problem, so the only big threat left is maidana, who is a different fighter with garcia and is the hot button topic of boxing right now after beating broner. maidana is slow but has the power to keep floyd cautious, has the chin that guarantees floyd wont KO or even hurt him, has the heart and stamina to make it into a ugly brawl like castillo, cotto, hatton and oscar (at times) did. . khan would make the mistake of thinking he can outbox floyd and will try to go skill for skill, floyd beats him down into a late stoppage. khan has fast hands but so what hes not very accurate with his punches, he just throws a lot, and that chin is a knock out waiting to happen.
