Make this fight TR they both want it this has slugfest written all over it.

You would think it would be a slugfest, but I'm not too sure about Rios anymore. Pacman was the first time he tasted real power and he curled up in a ball once he got caught a few times.

I know everyone wants to think of Rios as this great "warrior" and all but I think he's reached his peak as the higher quality fighters will touch him more and much harder than everyone he's fought before.

I could see Provodnikov being arrested after this fight on charges of battery with 2 deadly weapons. Rios would take it well for a while but man, Ruslan is a raw Seal eating nightmare!

ruslan is not with TR so he can fight anyone. he has no HBO contract to my knowledge but has said he will stay on HBO.

Matthysse just lost his title and is ranked #3 by wbo. JMM is 1, fedchenko is 2.

Since both are action/excitement on paper, Which fight do you think is more compelling right now-Rios or Matts?

His promoter has committed to HBO, he's basically an HBO fighter.

Provodnikov v Matthysse is also a great fight but realistically it isn't happening unless Lucas can sever ties with GBP. There's also more money in a Rios fight.

This fight would definitely be action packed entertainment, as both fighters are go forward pressure fighters and both hit very hard, both are capable of the knockout finish. Lets hope this fight happens.
