I would love to hear when Pac was willing to negotiate. The last true negotiations that took place was when they had the mediator, and that person said Manny/Arum/Top Rank walked away. He was not willing to NEGOTIATE after Floyd gave a 40 million offer, yet he is willing to fight for free. So when was Manny willing to negotiate, cause you dont do that through the media like how Manny/Arum have been doing.
