If Manny gets through Algeri in November, whose obligation is it to get the ball rolling as far as negotiations go first? Manny or Floyd?

How should said person go about starting negotiations?

What if he stops mayweather late? How much would it affect mayweather's legacy?

Kind of OT, but after I won my qualifier last night my horse got randomly drug tested (blood and urine). I wonder what crazy look the vets would have given me if I asked for a 24-day window and told them getting blood drawn makes him weak.

"My new boxing DVD is coming soon and is called "3 Ways to Sleep". Back, Face and Butt and I'm Falling & I Can't Get Up. Miss Pac Man is broke and desperate for a pay day. Your Pay-Per-View numbers are a joke."

Well that settles it then, they don't even need to fight.

Christ. What a pathetic and cringeworthy line from Mayweather.

Espn has a poll asking who Floyd should fight next. It's not even close.

                      Pacquiao 68%
                      Khan. 9%
                      Thurman. 8%
                      Cotto. 8%
                      Garcia. 7%

It's pretty obvious who the public wants to see a Mayweather in the ring with. The fight is long overdue.
That's actually probably down on what it would have been a few years ago.

Although I kind of like trolling the Anti-Mayweather brigade on here, I really feel like Floyd has ****ed this up. Watching him against Maidana he looked sluggish - He's 37, will be 38 by the time this fight could potentially happen. He will not be the same physically that he would have been 3/4 years ago, it's not possible. He's got no one to blame but himself for not pushing this fight through sooner because now I genuinely think he'd really struggle to beat Manny, not to mention the prestige of the fight has decreased significantly. I always thought Mayweather would be a matchup nightmare for Pacquiao but in his last 2 fights he's looked less and less comfortable. I actually think he looked worse in the more decisive win against Maidana.

Had this fight happened 5 years ago. The winner would have been immediately been considered with the greatest ever fighters and the loser would never have had what is now being held against both fighters now, although mainly Floyd, that they didn't make this happen.

Love hearing guys like Holyfield calling them out on this. That's the kind of stuff that has to get under Floyd's skin, the guy's obviously obsessed with his legacy and his zero, hence TBE, but he'll always have it held against him that he didn't take on his biggest challenge. I think he is starting to realise that and that, more than anything, is why I think it will happen. As mush as it will mean though, it wont mean as much as it should have. There's no doubt the fans of the losing fighter will put it down to age and say it would have been different had they fought when they should have.
