Devon Alexander vs Maidana II. Would it be the same result?

Even though Devon picked Maidana apart and made the fight look easy I have a feeling many fans would pick Maidana to beat Alexander in a rematch.

Why would you pick Maidana to win? Do you feel he has improved? Is Devon on the way down?

Personally I Think Devon would outbox and win Another UD.

All I remember from that fight is that the amount of clinching was ridiculous. I can't imagine Chino doing any worse than he did that night.

Don't fight him in Missouri and get a referee that won't allow him to hug like a mini Wlad. Maidana can win that rematch. If he swarms like he did against Broner, Porter showed that offsets Devon and freezes him.

Probably...styles makes fights and the Broner win was a combination of Broner not being able to deal with a puncher, the movement of Broner up to 147 so fast, and the slight improvements he made with Garcia. I doubt the rematch will change the outcome unless Alexander shows that he is a declining fighter

froze him? he was throwing bombs till the very end, porter has an iron chin, if it goes to that vs maidana and devon is forced to fight he will stop chino

His output was decreased, especially early on in the fight. Maybe it was not expecting Porter to fight like that, but before he adjusted, it was seriously troubling him.

I don't see Devon stopping any top WW.

I would imagine same result. I saw nothing new out of either fighter in their most recent fights. It was the quality of opponent that even makes this a debate. Maidana's stock is high and Devon's is low so this alters what people believe will happen in rematch. This is the same thing that happened to Matthysse. Stock was higher because he looked better beating Peterson than Garcia looked beating Zab.

If was one of Maidana's worst fought fights...

Actually made him move to Garcia.

He was out of shape Out of gameplan and got easily dominated by the iron chined boring clincher Alexander.
